Brian Ridgway has owned and operated Executive Housing since 1996. He also serves as the company’s broker. While overseeing all of the firm’s activities, Brian is most directly involved with the daily management of our client’s properties. He draws from past real estate experience ranging from title work and settlements to mortgage banking. Brian also lists properties for rent, working to place high caliber tenants in our exceptional properties. Brian lives in Bethesda with his wife, Carolyn, and their three children and dog. He spends his free time coaching youth sports and loves skiing and golfing with his family.
Carolyn Ridgway serves as a Leasing Specialist. She lists homes for rent and shows prospective tenants available properties. She shows Executive Housing’s listings, as well as all other listings available in the Multiple Listing Service. Carolyn lives in Bethesda with her husband Brian and their three children and dog. She loves playing any sport, and enjoys staying physically fit, reading, entertaining, and raising her children.
John David Ricca
John David Ricca heads our River Place corporate housing division as well as managing a portion of our outstanding housing portfolio. “JD”, as he is known, is a native Washingtonian and enjoys all sports. He particularly enjoys football, and was an All-American Quarterback at Hampden Sydney. He has spent the last 2 autumns coaching local youth football. JD lives in Bethesda.
Keith Ricca is one of our wonderful property managers, as well as part of our dynamic leasing team – listing and leasing our beautiful collection of homes. JD’s younger brother, Keith also spends time in the Fall coaching football. Keith was an All American QB at Catholic University. He lives in Silver Spring with his wife Elyse and their dog Charlie.
Gunilla Ekberg relocated from Sweden /Europe in 1994, and resides in Chevy Chase, MD since. She is a recognized entrepreneur and innovative thinker known for her ability to develop and implement programs in the areas of real-estate, people and service management. Ms. Ekberg holds a B.S in Behavioral Science from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden with post graduate work in law, business management and administration, communications and real estate. Gunilla Ekberg is well connected in the international and local community in Washington. She is a licensed Realtor in MD and DC.
Danny is an experienced Real Estate Professional with a vast knowledge of the industry from his previous work at Executive Housing Consultants as well as his experience selling new homes. A native of the Washington DC Area, graduating from St. Johns in 2001, Danny went on to play lacrosse and study Marketing and Communications at Virginia Wesleyan College. From there he moved to Florida to pursue an interest in Golf and obtained an Associate of Arts degree from the Golf Academy of America in Operations and Management with a focus on instruction and teaching. In the summer of 2011 Danny rejoined Executive Housing Consultants assisting in the leasing and management of the firm’s diverse portfolio as well as focusing on the implementation of marketing strategies, brand awareness and new business development. Apart from Real Estate Danny spends his time on the golf course, running, enjoying live music, and time with family and friends.
Paige Minturn serves as assistant property manager. A native of the Washington DC Area, graduating from Holy Cross in 2013, Paige went on to study Communications at The University of Maryland. In her free time, Paige enjoys playing soccer, going to the beach, and spending time with family.
Sara has lived in Bethesda for 35 years. She came to the DC area from Philadelphia in 1968 and earned a BS in Mathematics from the University of Maryland. Sara had a 40-year career in Information Technology before retiring in 2010, at which time she got her Real Estate License to become a rental specialist. As a landlord herself for over 30 years, Sara brings that experience not only to her landlord clients but also to prospective tenants so that they can better understand the important metrics for a landlord in making good and reasonable offers. In her spare time, Sara is a bona-fide sports junkie and is raising her grandkids to be baseball players.
